artistic 1.5hour – Glenfield
Progression and fun are the main key elements in our Recreational Artistic Gymnastics Program. There are opportunities throughout the year for the children to earn ribbons, certificates and badges as children progress and develop their skills. Children are encouraged to do a minimum of two terms back to back so they can work on improving their flexibility, strength and key gymnastics skills. These classes offer extra emphasis on strength, flexibilty and skill development. Artistic 1.5hour classes are a great next step for gymnasts who have mastered the basics in the 1 hour class, want to be in the gym more and want to work on all improving skills, flexibility and strength. They can also be a good lead in class the the Extension program. If you are unsure if your child is ready for this class please ask their coach. Not suitable for beginners
